VMs: Brute force attempt so far....

The top line is the decipherment attempt. The bottom one is the VMS. Dashes
represent letters not yet assumed to be known. Scan it and see what you
think.

I don't for one minute suggest that this is right, but vowels and consonants
apear to be quite regular in placement.
