I fully agree. Wherever the climate allows for an array of scantily clad

I see. Colloquial German at least doesn't make a distinction between "Code" 
und "Chiffre".

"Hinterland"...? I sense we're getting OT here again, but wouldn't that be the 
rear, the "outback" of someplace? I feel you're meaning more like "no man's 
land", right?
