I am not saying ALL "t"s are sentence markers. Just the ones at start of lines. If you look at any of the text-intensive pages (ie 107r you can definitely see a pattern of line-initiating "p" and "t" pointing to paragraph/line markers (in my opinion)

I don't think this is highly likely, sorry: "t"s can be very closely
clustered, or far apart - there's no consistency I can see that would
suggest this.
