VMs: Fw: VM Bulletin

Here is Jan's formal announcement of the discovery of Horczicky's signature.
It is quite different from the "signature" at the bottom of f1r in the VMS.
I question whether or not the signature in the VMS was even written in ink.
Could it have been fabricated using a stylus? Did W.M. Voynich actually
fabricate the signature? What were the circumstances of the supposed
"accident" during photo-copying? Has anyone actually verified that "Prague"
can also be found on f1r? It really is very important to learn more about
the VMS from professional examination. In my opinion, this really needs to
be pursued with renewed vigor. I feel that we are missing out on a
considerable amount of insight without this in vivo analysis.

Regards,
Dana Scott
