This makes me think of Winston Churchill's alleged comment to someone who had criticized him for ending a sentence with a preposition: "That, Sir, is the type of nonsense up with which I will not put!"P.S. Another unlikely sequence is "to out of up for". (Small boy to parent at bed-time - "What did you bring that book I don't like to be read to out of up for?")
