FWIW, that information (and all the accompanying blurb) is extremely likely 
to have been invented by the publisher, not by Amazon. Street dates 
(whether they slip or not) too are almost certain to be supplied by 
publishers too, and not plucked from the ether of Amazon's information.

So, while the information may not reflect what Gerry & Rob think, it almost 
certainly reflects what their publisher thinks. :-o
