Re: VMs: OT: You can't keep Bletchley vets down!

Here is an interesting story about O.U.O.S.V.A.V.V.

I have no personal version at the moment....

Jim has got the right idea. You can't keep
Voynich MS Vets down either. Let's take up
the unintended challenge. Allright, our record
at solving ciphers is not quite up to the
Bletchley standard, but our two Jims at least
have chalked up 5 very famous ones that I know of,
some of them hundreds of years older than code
purple.

Therefore I would propose that everybody sends
to me (r_zandbergen@xxxxxxxxx) his or her own ideas
what the abbreviation could stand for and I
will summarise to the list befo! re the end of
May.
Better not to clog the list with endless
suggestions including quotes of all previous
suggestions..... (so don't just "Reply" to this
E-mail).

Looking forward to the fruit of your imagination,
which I know to be vast, from experience over
the years :-)

Summaries of earlier proposed solutions are
of course also welcome.

Rene
