VMs: Zbigniew Banasik "Manchu theory"

Dear all,

Over the last few weeks I have exchanged some e-mail with Mr. Zbigniew
Banasik, who claims that the VMS is written in Manchu plaintext. He
sent me his alphabet, and, at my request, a partial translation of
page f1r. I have formatted the information in HTML, as best as I
could; please have a look
