I wasn't aware they are also selling a CD...
Is that on their web site? What is the price?
In the past they made it clear that the sale of
microfilm and copyflo copies was not a business
but essentially a service and I can believe that
they don't get any better from it. This might
still be the case.

Still I fully agree we should not annoy them
either way, e.g. by putting lots of links to their
images all over the web.
