VMs: Please, no more Beinecke ids! :-o

Hi everyone,

Based on Rene Zandbergen's list of id-to-page correspondences, I've (as 
promised) written a short JavaScript-based page to do the conversions (and 
back again, if you wish).

Most pages have inspired long, spirited, and well-informed debates on the 
mailing list, all of which (IMO) using a Beinecke id on the list implicitly 
rubbishes (though I'm sure nobody here would want to be that rude 
intentionally). Pages have proper names, please use them!
