Yes, that would be Louvain (=Leuven in Flemish).
His family (Moret in French) was closely related
to the Plantijn (Plantin in French) family,
who were well known in Antwerp in the book
production industry (and probably many more).
Visitors to Antwerp should definitely visit
the Plantin museum.
