I may be wrong, but I seem to remember that D'Imperio mentions EV counting the 
number of copies made and to whom they were distributed, but this is a 
posterior set of photos.
For sure WV had if photographed earlier (when he noticed Jacobus signature). 
Where are those photos? and why were the pages cut?
