VMs: Even more on 15499 - Baresch?

It appears that 15499 is a 3-paged manuscript under "Index Operum  
Anonymorum" (meaning the author is unknown?), section V (Physica),  
numeral 3 (Physica miscella (scientiae occultae), under the interesting  
subtitle "Cogitationes et annotata cabbalistica ad eliminandam et  
illuminandam materiam speculativam 1735 et 1736", where it is mixed  
with other documents (some in Italian, some in Latin) that seem to deal  
with the same subject (occult, cabalistic):

Now all we need to get hold of is a facsimile of the document itself to  
discover what prompted Jorge's friend (or his source) to quote it as  
Baresch's work.
