I am not sure what that is. Although the green is separated very well, the 
blue ink seems to be more difficult to process.

The ink-only image should have the colour of the vellum background, rather 
than being white in some areas, but I guess that this is the limit of the 
technique applied to rgb images with 8 bits of information per plane (which 
is not a lot).
When I get some time I will post some other example.
