VMs: Who got Newbold's papers...?

Hi everyone,

I've just heard back from UPenn: unfortunately, they have neither William 
Romaine Newbold's nor Roland Grubb Kent's personal papers. :-(

Kent certainly had Newbold's papers in 1927 - but what happened to them 
after that? Perhaps we should try tracing Roland Grubb Kent's descendants 
(you can never tell what's to be found in those old Pennsylvania attics)... 
just a thought!
