That is too bad.  But I will certainly comply with Beinecke's wishes,
they've done a lot for us and I would certainly prefer to follow
their requests, regardless of copyright law.

For the moment I will take the pages down, but I will try to put
it back up with links directly to the Beinecke server instead of to
the mirrored pages.
