Another "deja lu":  

   The "bottle with stopper" could be an orb with a cross on top,
   a standard symbol of wordly power (a proper attribute for mature
   age?).
   
   The flower could be a lily, symbol of purity, innocence, etc.
   
The "ring on finger" may be a red herring, I mean, a blue herring. If
the blue paint is not original, then the "ring" is too inconspicuous
to be THE attribute of that figure. At it may be just a fingernail
(thus solving the problem of the reverse hand).
