Yes, that is likely to be the purpose of the acute accent over the "e":
to distinguish it from the "c"!

The "L" superscript in September may well be a scribal mistake for the
"thunderbolt" that would make up the second marked-"e".  However I see
no sign of any underlying faint text... 

Also the July name probably begins with "i" and ends with "et" not "ie".

So here is my revised list of readings:

  "marc", "març", or "mars"
  
  "aberil" (×2)
  
  "may", or perhaps "maij" (×2)
  
  "yony", or perhaps "yonij"
  
  "iollet"
  
  "s?ep?ember" or "s?ep?embre"
  
  "octembre"
  
  "novembre"
  
  "?ecebre" (no sign of tilde over the second "e")
