No. It is the central part of the five columns
that you can see (the four rows). 

Thus it is comparable to, say, five _lines_ of 
Voynichese (or of Italian) with the beginnings 
and the ends missing.

I just posted James Legge's translation.

I can post the whole page if enough are interested,
it is 30k, compressed to 50%. What you have
seen is higher quality, only compressed to 80%.
