VMs: Contextualising the balneological images

By serendipity I found this book on the library shelf when 
looking at books on illuminated manuscripts

C.M. Kauffman.  The Baths of Pozzuoli. A Study of the medieval
illuminations of Peter of Eboli's Poem.  Oxford, 1959.

There are a number of images from manuscripts of bathing scenes.
Some seemed, on my cursory examination, to be similar to those
in the Voynich.

Anyone on the Voynich list interested in the balneological images
should, I suggest, take a look at this book. I would welcome their
impressions.

My apologies if this has already been investigated !
