Hi Leonard,

The idea has been discussed. Of course it can't be ruled out completely (little
can be ruled out completely in connection with the VM ;-), but the high degree
of "order" in the script, ie the multitude of rules and statistical features in
the MS seem to point in a different direction -- either a true underlying
language, or a "machinery" algorithm used to create a hoax. The VM appears to be
too well-structured to be a madman's folly.

Personally, my opinion is: The VM required several weeks or months of work to
compose. I'd be surprised to find a mentally ill person who's able to
consistently pursue the completion of such a huge task. (He didn't change his
script or his alphabet significantly over the whole stretch of time...)
