Hello Jonathan,

Leo Levitov's reading of the text is a controversial
one.  Having said that, I would not say that the
reading is completely wrong.  Levitov's reading is
just one reading of the text and no worse/better than
anyone elses.  However, as the philosopher Richard
Rorty stated, truth is a social construct. 
Unfortunately for Mr. Levitov, the community of
cryptographers hasn't decided what the "truth" (or
truths) about the Voynich MS is(are).  Levitov's
reading is a private one and not the accepted public
one.
