Hi,

I made some notes regarding this topic a while ago, nothing
conclusive, anyway here they are, largely unedited, although
I've removed some of the nonsense:

f70v2   Pisces

There is a seven-pointed star above the fish, with a Voynichese
unique label (otolal); and another one below, with a letter (n???).
Between the two fish there is a word in non-Voynich script (marC),
whose strokes are thicker and more angular than the Voynichese label 
above.

16 of the star labels start with EVA "ok", 8 start with "ot",
2 start with "yt" --- and yet all are different.

If the "otolal" is the name of the constellation why all of the others 
don't
have any labels inside the innermost circle.
What if the nymphs(29) are the month days

29 every other 4 years.
Could be that the otolal means odd(29) as opposed to even(28) to indicate
a bisect year.
The other fish has also a star.
Probably the interior stars are  only decorations or indicate some extra
days ...

Probably on the folio with the hole, the pattern was supposed to be :
24-23 12 + 18 , but couldn't put 12 nymphs  due to lack of space.
Also 22-20 and 21-21  were supposed to be 2 different patterns not
5+10 , but probably splitting in 15-15 rule had more importance.
