Hi!

It is indeed a nice manuscript, and probably from an
author with an unusual mind. I also don't think
that there is any link with the Voynich MS. The 
handwriting is pretty standard and looks nothing
like that of the VMs. 

The Vermont MS 2 keeps coming back on this
list as a comparison with the VMs. I think that the
main reason is that its images are easily accessible
on the internet. In any case it illustrates that the
style of the VMs herbal pages is nothing out of the
ordinary.

You are prefectly right about the sudden experience
of seeing something 'just like the VMs'. It happens
 to all of us, and when the others then don't see it,
this is hard to understand.
