One can  get the  headache just reading some comments here, and yes, they 
feel like "being whacked over the head" -  I consider that 
totally "ruggish" idea.

Well, supposing we have a  complete study  by VM astronomers which  
confirms  it cannot be stars, then yes. But I haven't seen any serious study of it 
yet. Why?  Escaping into our migraines is not too productive  in the  meantime. The 
rule should be: if they  look  like stars then let's treat them like stars first  - Occam's 
razor, I  presume  - and only after utterly negative results we can resort to 
some sorts  of phantasy.

I agree, it seems that no migraine provides the moon images  yet - as far as I know. Let's be 
serious for a while.
