Do you think so? "Facts and statistical properties" (ie 'information', I 
guess) are surely only a small subset of knowledge, merely the froth on the 
surface of a bubbling cauldron of interlinked conceptions / preconceptions 
/ misconceptions - by the time we get to measure anything, our biases have 
normally steered us firmly to the answer we're hoping for... perhaps you 
disagree! :-)
