VMs: VMS Pdf Redux

Hello All,

Sometime ago I promised another handy pdf version of the VMS using the 
new images.  Two versions should be done next week.  I laid out a visual 
reference pdf (page by page as the MS appears) and a printable version.  
The printable one works sort of like a 2-up layout.  I was able to print 
a 90% scaled version on 8.5 by 11 inch paper (A4 would probably end up a 
smidge smaller).  I just need to write up instructions for simple 
printing, folding, binding and attachment of the foldouts and do some 
last alignment checks.  If anyone is interested, I can do as before and 
send out CDs as long as the recipients assist in passing along copies 
for anyone else wants them.
