I am also interested, but may I suggest using BitTorrent clients to share
the file efficiently, as if it would fit onto one CD (or even two), once a
few people are propogating the torrent, it would be a simple and not overly
time-consuming matter for people to download. Platform-independent as well.

Just a suggestion, I am also willing to send out CDs to those without fast
internet access.
