holding flowers has a meaning in eastern Turco-Tataric folklore

(maybe elswhere too)
if a person holds a flower (just like they keep it in VMS), so this pic means
something like "RIP", the person is dead. 
One more interesting fact: at least in XVth-XVIth cc in the "East" (indl. Russia
btw), a "beautiful" woman had to be a little bit fatty ... just like these
nudist mamsels of the VMS
In the western Europe, the understanding of this point was different afaik (was
it?)
