VMs: India again: Dairol
googling again ... for "dairol"
Got India again ... first page for "dairol" tells about
"Dairol kasba, Kalol taluka"
which is probably some place in India...
"kalol" also has a pretty Voynicheese-like sound...
btw, which language is this "dairol",
what does it mean and where comes it from?
could "airol" be found there, too?
Why to try "dairol"?
Well, one of the "worst" words from the "Turco-Tataric" point of view for me was
always "airol" at
http://highway55.library.yale.edu/PHOTONEGIMG/zoom/Z372/z3724833.jpg
(Text begins with "so airol") First, it seems OK, because "ai" is "moon" "month"
etc ... but the "rol" is pretty strange. Well, "air" could be "acorus calamus",
"moon-sickle", "sabre" (weapon). It could also get "-ol" somehow somewhere,
maybe ... but it still comes a bit strange, too much like "Ersatzkaffee"...
So, I tried "airol" but it happens to be some chemical trademark and I was just
too lazy to add strings with "-". But at
http://highway55.library.yale.edu/VOYNICHIMG/size4/D0017/1006187.jpg
we have "dairol", so I just tried this.
