VMs: "Digital Watermarking: Historical Roots" - where can I find this paper?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking at the early history of steganography and watermarking, and keep being pointed to this paper:-

@TechReport{m_kobayashi:historical_roots,
   author =       {Mei Kobayashi},
   title =        {Digital Watermarking: Historical Roots},
   institution =  {IBM Research, Tokyo Research Laboratories},
   year =         1997,
   number =       {RT0199},
   address =      {Japan},
   month =        apr,
   abstract = {The author summarises briefly the history of steganography
                   including Homer's report of Bellerophoron trip to Lycia,
                   Herodotus' story on messenger's head which was shaved and
                   tattooed, etc. Then a brief account of recent research on
                   text ({\bf 034110}, {\bf 054111}) and audio marking is
                   given, followed by a summary of visible watermarking
                   techniques for digital images as well as invisible
                   techniques including {\bf 054106}, {\bf 054118},
                   {\bf 063131}.}
}

Can anyone suggest where/how I can find this? As with all steganography, access appears to be hidden except to those who already know where to look. :-/

More on Mei Kobayashi (except a current email address):-

Thanks, .....Nick Pelling.....
