Hi, Rene
I'm guessing that may indeed be a coincidence. Most
of those nymphs are visible from the hips up only, and
the hips are ruled by Libra: the genitals by Scorpio,
the thighs by Sagittarius, the knees by Capricorn, the
ankles by Aquarius, and the feet, as you observe, by
Pisces.
So since half their bodies are in most instances not
visible, I don't think it necessarily registers that
they are telling us they have a flaw with their feet.
On the other hand (sorry for the dreadful pun), the
nymphs throughout the Zodiac section seem to keep
their hands and arms where they can be seen.
There may be some other signficance to the "level" of
the Pisces ladies, a theory which interests me
presently. I'm looking at the drawings a little more
and checking them against star charts to see if this
theory might hold water.
Warmly,
Pam
