I hope you and anyone else on the list searching for Renaissance Latin
titles find it useful. This link goes to a very useful database containing
URL's leading to almost 15,000 digital reproductions and on-line texts of
Renaissance Latin titles. In addition to several books by Mattioli, there
are hard to find texts by Robert Fludd, Johannes Trithemius, Athanasius
Kircher, Leon Battista Alberti, John Dee and many others.
Many of the early cryptographic works are here along with works on
alchemy, herbals and astronomy/cosmology. I've spent many hours digging
here.
