Hi Jona,

The topic has been discussed lately -- check out the mails with subject 
"Ursula Papke".

The consensus seems to be that it's another translation attempt of doubtful 
validity, aggravated by the new twist of trying to make money out of it. The 
"translations" given seem mostly gibberish, with the "baby god's eye" of 
earlier attempts replaced by "transformation consciousness level".
