Yesterday I had the impression I was already in the weekend. Oh, well.

I know that the last symbol from 116v, O, doesn't have a dot but
somehow my "pattern-matching detector" clicked when I saw this. Probably
it was in the same context, same position s.o.
The only Os with a dot I'm aware would be the Greek Theta, and Gothic
Hwoir probably borrowed from Greek's one. Another one is more exotic, the
kanji hi(day,sun) used to be represented by a circle with a dot in the
middle. Besides this I'm not aware of any particular semnfication of this
symbol.
