Dear Dana,
it's the deciphering project of Ursula Papke and Dirk
Weydemann at www.ms408.com

You have to buy the CD (I think it was EURO 25.00) 
with the basic pages (1st 92 pages of the book, 2
fully translated and interpreted pages of vms
(1r+1v),introduction, deciphering process, etc) and
then you have to sign up for the translated pages,
being sent out via email every week (EURO 2.00 per
page).
There was a lot of moaning and complaining going on in
this community about having to pay money for it in the
first place.

Honestly, I don't care. I am interested in the
contents and 2 EUROS is less than half a pack of
cigarrettes a week (if I only made it to spend that
little for smoking :-)

If you don't want to spend the money, you san download
the raw text from their web-site (gets published 1
page per week as to the deciphering process
progresses). I tried that but I was missing the
information on the CD to fully get the big picture.

So far, the money is worth my time.
