Historia collegii S. J. Pragensis ad S. Clementem
annorum 1555 - 1610 et 1620
manuscript, XVII, paper, 206 fol., in Latin.

The manuscript is a basic work describing the history
of the Jesuit College in the Prague Klementinum. The
description of the events in 1555 - 1581 is a work of
the very important Czech historian Bohuslav Balbín who
used older records, continued and completed them.
Balbín also safeguarded this manuscript for the
Klementinum Jesuit Library, because the volume had
been discovered in Meissen under unclear cicumstances,
then it had been returned into Bohemia where Balbín
acquired it back from Duchcov.

There is too an access to the book itself but the
pictures are at such a scale that it is not readable
(at least by me); my understanding is that to have an
access to the full scale document is not allowed to a
private person.
