Just for the record, I noticed they were missing when I was
comparing my Newbold against Kraus for the main page of voynich.net,
where I refer to the missing leaves. When it was discussed a
couple of years ago on the list someone pointed out that Jim Reeds
had seen this earlier and noted it in his pagination file.
I'm glad to see it narrowed down this far. Good work!
