RE: VMs: Book for Jean-Yves...
This is a very nice book by a French or Swiss scholar,
I read it and I have it, but where?
I don't think it's that difficult to find, Nick if I
can help, just tell me.
AFAIR the texts (in French) are very interesting, some
of the pictures in B&W are poor reproductions
