A possible way to try to isolate flower names might be to look for words 
or phrases which appear multiple times on the same page but not very 
often on other pages, in the hopes that the text is really about the 
flower, say along the lines of:

"The ROSE comes in many different colors ... the ROSE has thorns ... etc."
