The HistoCrypt conference which was slated for June 15-17, 2020 in Budapest, Hungary, has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It seems it was not as much an issue whether or not people could travel in mid-June, but mostly because the organizers can't travel now. That made it impossible to do the work necessary to prepare. Re: HistoCrypt 2020 Cancelled
Here is good news: Linköping University Electronic Press has posted all the papers by the participants in the cancelled HistoCrypt 2020:

You can download all of them as one PDF, or pick the ones you are interested in, and read those. I've read a couple already, they are very good. The standards are very high for HistoCrypt, and all the people chosen are very knowledgeable in the field. Like all events of this caliber, you will read about cipher history, structure, machinery, and such, that you may not find in any previous publication. It is mostly original work.
