Myself, I am still working on a transliteration more suited to computer analysis.
I have built a computer typerwriter that allow me to re-write voynichese using new font matching one char per voynichese letter.
Then the software will perform groupings and compute stats (zipf, and other ranking test to compare with other languages with and without diacritics). Preliminary results are good.
here is what it looks like:

will translate to the picture included.
the software then outputs a word document and a pdf file of the voynich folio for further analysis and printing.
I'll keep the list posted on progress.
