In chess, there's also the Dutch Defence ( 1.d4 f5 ) and - my personal favourite - the Double-Dutch Counter-Gambit ( 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 f5! ), so named because "it's like the Dutch [Defence], only twice as much". :-)
