I came across Yale's Voynich Manuscript about two months ago and have since been deeply intrigued by its content. I find that many of the illustrations and diagrams in the manuscript bear a strong resemblance to the chakra system, as well as the He Tu and Luo Shu diagrams used in Daoist meditation.

Do you have special ideas for some resemblances to chakra, He Tu & Luo Shu?

You may mean this one:

which I see as a representation of (eight) winds.

There are some people (including me) who consider an asian influence onto the VMS by (maybe) language, content and style.
In my case this would be an influence carried by Mongolians, Tatars, Nogaians who transported some central Asian content, maybe even Tengri-based or further.
I don't see much (or any) central or Western European stuff in the VMS, but a possible origin at the utmost (east) rim of Europe, if at all.
So a comparison with inner asian basics may be interesting.
