Some Pictures May Be Maps

I have never had the pleasure of seeing the actual manuscript but purchased the book off Amazon. Has anyone ever noticed that the circular pictures on pages 88-93 (in the book, really only page 88 as the others are close ups of 88), these pictures look like maps?
