Checking the Web, I found it in the University of Chicago
Joseph Regenstein Library:

    Soupis poddanych podle víry z roku 1651. 
      Praha: Statní ustred. archiv v Praze, 1993- 
      [DB2165.S686 1993 Gen]

Is anyone close enough to check it? Not all volumes have been
published yet (but there should be at least 15).
