z3610549.jpg is f42v! Your picture obviously is from the Beinecke Rare
Book Collection website - I had to rename them all, too...

You can find it - if you'd like to verify - at:

Just enter "Voynich" as search string, and look for "549" in the results document.
(The last digit varies according to the magnifying level.)
