The machine-readable concordance of the VMS, "vms-17-ok.soc", 
which was made available through the page

used to be available only in "gzip"-compressed format, which
apparently is problematic to Windows/DOS users. I have created a "zip"
version of that file. Please reload the main page again, the link
should be there.

Beware however that the "zip"ped file still follows the Unix
end-of-line convention (LF only, not CR-LF).
