Figure 11 is an exception to the rule, THE LONG gallows is the RULE
(per ES) 11 is 'goofy' scribe as like f42v .... 11 should be NOT at
the beginning of a page, but near the TOP of a VMS page -- IF you have
it or FIND IT - please let me know the address etc..
