I do not remember that this was observed before, or
if it was, I had forgotten. Perhaps f1r is based on a
different language? I remember being surprised that
the first word on f1r is not found again in the whole
MS, even some character combinations in that word
are not found again.
The fact that the otherwise ubiquitous 4 is not found
on f1r, f1v (if that's correct - I did not check)
also reminds me of the -c8- combination which is
very frequent in language B, but doesn't appear at
all until half way through the zodiac pages (which
I have various reasons to believe are written in a
'transition' language).
